Return & Refund Policy — EU/UK Customers

This policy applies to customers in the European Union and United Kingdom.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date you collect or receive your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of collection/receipt at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

For standard withdrawal (change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method as you bear the risk of loss in transit.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer or any other address. Only returns received at the above address will be processed.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund to cover any reduction in value.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our return address, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of collection at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 14 days from collection will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. In verified cases of damage or defect, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
  • Items returned more than 14 days after withdrawal notice

7. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for fulfillment. If already shipped, standard return procedures apply.
