Return Policy — International Customers

Return & Refund Policy — International Customers (Outside EU/UK)

This policy applies to customers outside the European Union and United Kingdom.

1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the date you collect or receive your item. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, email erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com within 14 days of collection with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (required)

2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns for change-of-mind or non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. This fee covers handling, processing, and partial product costs.

Example: If you paid $100, you will receive a refund of $75 after the 25% restocking fee is applied.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be sent via a tracked shipping method to the address below. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer or any other address.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be refunded.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of collection at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

No restocking fee applies to verified defective or incorrect items. Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene products with broken seals
  • Items returned without prior approval

8. Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com to cancel an order before it ships. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
