Reporting Suspected Trademark Infringement

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate the claim and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the listing in question within a reasonable timeframe. We may contact the supplier or third party responsible for the listing as part of this process.

Counter-Notification

If you believe a listing was removed or restricted in error, you may contact us with an explanation and supporting information. We will review counter-claims in good faith but reserve the right to make a final determination.

Repeat Infringement

Vantheq Studio may permanently remove products or restrict suppliers/vendors associated with repeated, verified trademark infringement.
