Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery times are
shown at checkout and are provided as guidance only — please see our Shipping
Policy for full details.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier's fulfillment centers to
your address. This means delivery times may vary slightly between orders
containing different products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times at checkout
will reflect your specific location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you
haven't received one within a few days of ordering, please contact us.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are listed in SEK
and include applicable VAT where required.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com. We cannot
guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered fulfillment.
What happens if my payment is declined?
Your order will not be confirmed and no goods will ship until payment is
successfully processed.
Personalized Products
How do I personalize my order?
Select products include a text field on the product page where you can enter
your custom text (e.g. a name) before adding the item to your cart. Please
double-check your spelling before completing your purchase.
Can I return a personalized product?
No — personalized and customized products are made specifically for you and
cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective,
or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization text?
Contact us immediately at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com. If your order has not
yet been sent to production, we may be able to correct it — but we cannot
guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days under our Return &
Refund Policy. Personalized items, final sale items, and hygiene products
with broken seals cannot be returned unless faulty.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us within 14 days at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com with your order
number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or
replacement for verified cases.
