By visiting and using vantheqstudio.com you accept these terms of service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  1. General
    These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of Vantheq Studio. We reserve the right to update the terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
  2. Products
    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions, prices or other content are accurate, complete or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description.
  3. Personalized and made-to-order products
    For personalized or made-to-order products, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (for example names, text or other details) at the time of purchase. We are not liable for errors in the final product caused by incorrect or incomplete information you entered at checkout. Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
  4. Prices and payment
    All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
    If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed and no items will be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where payment cannot be verified or completed.
    Customers paying by card in a currency other than SEK may incur currency conversion fees from their bank or card issuer, which are outside our control.
  5. Orders and fulfilment
    Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders where we suspect fraud or unauthorised use. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party partner Zendrop and shipped directly from the supplier to your address.
  6. Shipping and delivery
    Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Vantheq Studio is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or other circumstances outside our control. Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon handover to the carrier.
  7. Returns and refunds
    Returns and refunds are governed by our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read the policy applicable to your region before purchasing.
  8. Limitation of liability
    To the extent permitted by law, Vantheq Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the purchase price of the product to which the claim relates.
  9. Intellectual property
    All content on vantheqstudio.com, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Vantheq Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.   10. Age requirement
    You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country, to place an order on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  11. Governing law
    These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence provides otherwise.
  12. Consumer rights
    Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection legislation and Swedish consumer law (the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act).
  13. Severability
    If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
