Submitting a DMCA notice
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to our designated agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material you believe to be infringing, including its location on our website (a URL or a clear description);
- Your contact details (name, address, telephone number and email);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed material and its location prior to removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat infringers
Vantheq Studio may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and restrict access for users found to be repeat infringers.
