Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vantheq Studio. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

1. Order Processing
   All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
   We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 7–15 business days for Sweden and the EU, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
4. Order Tracking
   Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
5. Customs and Import Duties
   International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
   If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
