Vantheq Studio respects the trademark rights of others. Trademarks (brand names, logos and product names) are legally distinct from copyrighted works, and we take reports of suspected trademark infringement on our website seriously.

Reporting suspected trademark infringement

If you believe that a product, image, title or description on this website infringes a trademark that you own or represent, please send us a written notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the trademark, including registration number and jurisdiction where applicable;
  • Identification of the specific product, listing or content you believe to be infringing, including its location on our website (a URL or a clear description);
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the mark is not authorised by the trademark owner, its agent or the law;
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the trademark owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
  • Your contact details (name, company if applicable, address, telephone number and email);
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our review process

On receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate the matter and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the listing in question within a reasonable time. We may contact the supplier or third party responsible for the listing as part of this process.

Counter-notice

If you believe a listing was removed or restricted in error, you may contact us with an explanation and supporting information. We consider counter-claims in good faith but reserve the right to make a final decision.

Repeat infringers

Vantheq Studio may permanently remove products or restrict suppliers/sellers associated with repeated, verified trademark infringement.
