By accessing and using vantheqstudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Vantheq Studio. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for incorrectly priced or described products.

3. Personalized and Customized Products

For personalized or customized products, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide (e.g. names, text, or other details) at the time of purchase. We are not liable for errors in the final product resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you at checkout. Personalized and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods available through our checkout.

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed and no goods will be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be verified or completed.

Customers paying with non-SEK cards may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card issuer, which are outside our control.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where we suspect fraud or unauthorized use. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner Zendrop and are shipped directly from the supplier to your address.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Vantheq Studio is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review the applicable policy for your region before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantheq Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on vantheqstudio.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Vantheq Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including EU consumer protection legislation and Swedish consumer law (konsumentköplagen, distansavtalslagen).

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
