Return & Refund Policy — EU/UK Customers

This policy applies to customers in the European Union and United Kingdom.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)
    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date you collect or receive your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of collection at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping
    For standard withdrawal (change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method. All returns must be sent to: Vantheq Studio Returns, Lusernvägen 1, 296 39 Åhus, Sweden. Do not send returns to the manufacturer or any other address.
  3. Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
  4. Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    Contact us within 14 days of collection at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. In verified cases we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
  6. Non-Returnable Items

    Final sale items, hygiene products with broken seals, and items returned more than 14 days after withdrawal notice cannot be returned unless faulty.

    Personalized and Customized Items: Products that are personalized, engraved, or customized according to customer specifications (e.g. with names, text, or other bespoke details) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. This exception applies in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) regarding goods made to consumer specifications. This exemption does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see Section 5.


  7. Order Cancellations
    Contact us immediately at erik.oskar.olsson@gmail.com to cancel before shipment. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun.
